Linux Operating System
The AIRcable Server XR comes with KWORT Linux installed on CF card using the latest Linux kernel. Kwort (www.kwort.org) is a modern, fast and easy to use Linux distribution that combines Xfce and some other useful tools to a powerful desktop. Kwort is based on Slackware, so it's robust, clean and easy to extend. It has its own package manager for easy maintenance in deployed environments. it is a classic file system installation, with EXT3 file system on the CF card and no SWAP partition.

Proximity Marketing and Other Uses
The AIRcable Server XR is intended as a platform for embedded proximity marketing applications. It has all tools and packages required to implement a full marketing solution. Please contact our partners for available commercial software.

- Bluetooth mesh network (multiple AIRcable Server XR, plus cell phones or PCs)
- Bluetooth serial server (connect to 7 AIRcable Serial3)
